Bak Chor + Mee Pok

People come and go in my life. I used to take it pretty hard a long time ago and I've come to accept this fact as my reality. I've learn not to waste my time on people who are not worth it. Now, I only keep a small list of the people who matter; those I love and wanna protect.

Bak chor is in that list. She's got Timmy (that's what she calls her tummy) checked out recently and the result was pretty alarming. Am hoping for the best for her.

Ah Mei Na turns 23!!!

We celebrated Ah Mei Na's birthday when I returned from the Taiwan trip!

Met the girls after their work. I was on my compliance leave, shiok to the max!

I have known this girl since long ago when we're in secondary school. We didn't talk at all back then I think. It's like I knew who she was and she knew who I was but just didn't had the chance to interact I guess? 

Then we went to the same poly, didn't talk much. The boyfriend didn't like my Crazy Elephant job and I had to find another part time job. So, Kristal got me this job at S&P which turned out that Huiwen worked there too! We started talking more and we hit it off very well. 

Now, she works at Citi on the same floor as me. What a coincidence right? There are so many banks here in Singapore, and we worked for the same one. Citi is so big, there are so many branches/back offices, and we work in the same building, on the same floor.

She's a special friend. We're not that close but I feel that she knows me. It's really amazing to know someone like her.

Half a decade ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

 I still remember the time...

when we would talk on the phone for hours till the morning

when we would go for long walks by the river

when we would sit by that river and play that silly aeroplane game

when we would sit by that river and talk about everything and anything, with me in your arms
when I realised I am still capable of the love I yearned for

I'm so grateful that I get to share the last 5 years of my life with the one who had completed me, the one who made me who I am today, the one who taught me how to love again.

Happy 5th year anniversary Hubby! I love you more with every breath I take. Let's have the phone calls, the long walks, and play that silly aeroplane game till we're grey and old.

Tong turns 23!!!

With Ah mei na's recommendation, we've decided to try out this place at Simpang Bedok - Badoque. I LOVE this place. The food  is great, the service is superb (I'm hard to please when it comes to customer service. So when I say it's good, it's extraordinary.), the ambience and all is just okay though.
